Watch out for automated annual renewal with NO notice, and which is not refundable according to their terms. You can only refund within a short period (7 calendar days) after the INITIAL subscription (even then, with added conditions), and before but NOT after an automated renewal.

Their refund site tab doesn't include this information, it redirects to their terms of service and this information in on page 11-12 of almost 20 pages.
I have no issue with the product but at almost $500/annually, a buyer should be aware and should be given sufficient notice to not renew.

There should also be a cancellation period after renewal.
