If you are in a hurry to buy something online, beware they tie you into a membership fee without telling you in the only document that most people read, the order confirmation.
You get charged £8.99 14 days after the order with no reminder o and no clearly visible membership auto enrolment.
Luckily I paid by PayPal so I got my money back after telling them about all the poor reviews. This is not a customer focused company but rather someone wanting to make a quick buck via subscription that nobody knew about.
My advice is stay well clear or scrutinise the fine print and cancel the auto enrolment immediately!

Hi Eva, I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. Instead of buying for the member price and starting a membership, you can also buy for the normal price, without a membership. Hopefully we will see you again in the future.
