Trying to return this junk but they…

Trying to return this junk but they don't reply to their emails. These are just direct from China dropship garbage that wasn't properly packaged for shipping and arrived damaged. Product is in generic unbranded boxes. When looking on Amazon you can get the same thing for a 1/4 or less than what I paid direct on their website. It's pretty telling that a company is just out to make a buck and doesn't stand behind their product when they don't offer free return shipping and even worse don't reply to requests to return their product.

UPDATE: product has to be returned to France at your own cost. If you are buying on Canadian, US, UK whatever branded website they are all lies. This is the exact same product sold on Amazon - same packaging and everything they didn't even pretend to brand it as their own for 1/4 cost and free return shipping when you are unhappy with it. Hope no one else gets scammed like I did. Let's see if they actually send me the refund.

UPDATE #2: After spending $70 to ship these to France, they refused the delivery and it's now being shipped back to me. Crazy.
