More than half the time the charger…
More than half the time the charger does not work. Says in Eon Home app ‘charger is offline’ but says it’s ’available’ in my Eon Drive app so definitely an issue with the app.
Guess Eon don’t care with the numerous emails/phonecalls regarding this but why would they when it’s 7pkwh to charge when scheduled (off peak) and 23pkwh any other time. They are using this to con people and it’s a scam to get you to bury their EV charger thinking you will get good prices but eventually you get fed up and just charge it using your card as that’s the time you’re awake and at least you know it’s getting charged.
MY ADVISE WOULD BE STAY AWAY FROM ELECTRIC VEHICLES PERIOD AS IT WONT GET NO BETTER IF 40% of people are trying to charge
