Customer Service has huge potential of improvement

the following applies to electrical gear, e.g freezers: no exchange! It is therefore better to buy from your local specialist retailer. It seems that the customer service department has been instructed by the management to avert any complaints and, if this is not possible, to process them cost-neutrally. Too bad, because the products are not bad, therefore two stars
