I wouldn't recommend MasterKings…because of Poor Customer Service
I wouldn't recommend MasterKings because of poor customer service. We experienced an earlier flight change in departure time for 8:30 AM. MasterKings opens at 8:00 AM. This makes it very tight to return a vehicle, do the paperwork, wait in line, check in at the airport, security, boarding, etc. I asked if they open earlier for flight changes. No they do not. I then arrived at 7:30 AM and paid a 30 euro penalty for having the attendant come in earlier. Anyone who had a MasterKings rental would have paid that same amount on that flight or earlier flights. Three months after arriving home we noticed an unexplained 50 Euro charge on our credit card. There was no prior explanation from MasterKings. After exchanging several emails we were told we were given a ticket. Was it for speeding? Was it a parking ticket? MasterKings charged 50 Euros to provide the authorities the name of the driver of the ticketed vehicle. Three months later I am still waiting to have proof we were ticketed.
