I've used Mythicboost in the past, but hadn't used them since the previous expansion. I decided to schedule a Keystone Master run and got the run around for 2 weeks. I tried to be flexible with their time and didn't get any responses back. The season finally ended and the opportunity closed but they've sat on my money. This has been a disappointing experience considering they were great to work with in the past.

Update: 3/7/2025
While I was offered a free KSM run, I still have not received my requested refund. It has been nearly a month and they should have been good about processing the refund, if they wanted to offer the KSM run after the refund I might have accepted it in good faith.
