Unacceptable Delays and Disappointing Customer Service

I placed my order on December 29, 2024, and on January 2, 2025, I received an email confirming that my parcel had been shipped. However, the tracking information stopped updating on January 9, and the package still hasn’t arrived.

After reaching out to support, I was told on January 23 that my order would be resent. Then, on January 29, I received another email stating, “aktuell gibt es bei uns leider einen kleinen Bearbeitungs-Rückstau. Daher verzögert sich der Versand deiner Bestellung noch ein wenig.” I find it rather amusing that for an order, one can be promised a resend only to be told later that there’s still a backlog delaying the shipment even further.

By February 3, I reached out to support again and was met with silence. If this is the level of service one can expect, I can only assume that customer care is an afterthought here.

If you’re considering ordering from this company and value timely delivery and responsive support, you might want to look elsewhere.
