This company charges me nearly £6 for next day delivery then did not attempt delivery the next day, the following day they said nobody was in but it’s a 24 hour open office with security guards and cameras. I confirmed no delivery was attempted and their attempted delivery was a photo 500 meters down the road.

I then spoke with 3 customer service agents who assured me of delivery that day. They then at 4:30 sent an email stating the package was too big to deliver. It was 10cm x 10cm x 20cm, I could hold it in one hand…

I then spoke to the customer service who were rude, dismissive and kept saying how sincerely sorry they were but not actually helping or being clear.

The company use to be better, they are so much worse now.
