First I was really critical, as most of these websites only write an email, get approval or a decline and give up. After the first decline, I took the case back and tried to fight it for myself - as that had 0 success, I gave it back to flightright to fight it in court. As I have basically forgotten about this case, I get the email that the courtcase was won and where they should send the money - Now waiting for the payment, but actually very pleased about the outcome.
