Terrible experience. I received a Barbour jacket full of stains and creases, including worn creases on the cuffins. This means that this jacket has already been used even under the rain. It seems that the items sent abroad would surely be discarded as garbage in the UK. I haven't received a serious attempt to solve this issue but just a standard description of how to return the item. I don't think I'm the only dissatisfied overseas client as Trustpilot proves. Therefore, to resend this jacket back would obviously become a hopless case.
