We have rented cars on most vacations and our experience with Masterkings was by far, the BEST we have ever had!! Everything was top notch!! We were picked up from Lisbon airport by their shuttle, taken to their location where we got our car. Their customer service was exceptional, as were their cars and prices! We booked through Zest and had everything covered. We were completely blown away by their prices and full coverage. The people we dealt with were extremely helpful and offered great advice! Coming back after a week, we were delayed and messaged Masterkings through WhatsApp. They were highly responsive and advised we could return the car later with no penalty.
