I had bad experience with GhostBed.First time purchasing mattress on line . From the start I told the salesman that I need firm mattress as I always used firm one because of my problem. I was suggested that I should get classic medium mattress.I didn’t like the mattress because of the sinking feeling. After several contacts , they responded me that it was final sale. I told them I didn’t want the refund but exchange for firmer mattress finally they agreed and I had to pay the difference of $500 extra . The mattress they send was worst than the first one , more sinking in. Now they will not even take the mattress or pay me the difference for the second mattress . I even told them about my disability that I sink in more in the second mattress . I was told nothing can be done. They really don’t care about the people’s feelings and their health . I saved up money to buy the best mattress for myself but I end up with the wrong company. If they don’t have firmer mattress then they should inform the customer about it but they just care about selling their product. I am very hurt and disappointed .
