Order not delivered
The package never arrived. The store did not want to refund me. I had to file a paypal claim to get my money back. I do not recommend this seller.

According to the last tracking updates, the shipment was delayed and we immediately contacted Poste Italiane to clarify the situation. Once we received confirmation that the parcel would be returned, we issued a full refund via PayPal to resolve the case as quickly as possible.
