Very disappointed.

The setup of the line was delayed, and then it wasn't done properly.
We were left without internet/telephone with no visibility and with no compensation.

The client support + technical department were rude and dismissive (maybe overworked ?) and did not help at all.

When we were finally connected, the speed wasn't right (only 50MBit/sec download speed !!!) and we were told to wait, there was nothing they could do about it.

I regret having chosen DNS:NET. Don't do the same mistake we did !
