First of all it's not UK based but Netherlands and I waited nearly 3 weeks for my straps to arrive. They sent me too small straps and after long argument over emails they accepted return for which I have to pay £3. Terrible place to order straps. If I'd knew it's not uk based I would never order from them. Avoid, amazon is more trustable and worthy.
