Unfortunately a terrible campaign. I ordered art paper for the printer there. The order was placed on April 11th. It's now May 24th and I still haven't received it! I wrote to them many times and asked for a refund. Every time the employees of this store wrote that they would answer me by email, but no one ever answered me. The last time I wrote, they sent me a link to the UPS website and wrote that my tracking number was there and an investigation was underway. When I clicked on the link there was no tracking number. The store employees keep telling me to be patient, but it’s no longer normal that I have to wait so long! If possible, never deal with this store. Not customer oriented at all! Now I don't know if I will ever get my money back. Deceivers!
