No help from the service provider once you get in trouble. I´ve been trying to cancel electricity contract for the last 1.5 years after moving out from Germany and they have not manage to do that despite getting all the informaiton and documents. The service provide of electricity will just continue charging your account.. its easier to manage to contracts directly.
