No technical support at all.
3 distance measurement units are installed, but the performance is far from what is specified. The first report of the issue is made more than 3 months ago. To date Keyence did not do any efforts to investigate the cause and find a solution. While I get almost every week an invitation of a sales engineer to visit us to demonstrate their equipment. Maybe they should put more focus on the technical after sales support. Next time for me no Keyence anymore.
