After 6 days the cam and storage is not working. The support is awful

The app is badly translated and does not run on multiple devices! Aswell it is not useful or helpful. No configuration for the sd card or HD. No further Recordings after 5 days.
Formatting the SD did not do anything!
The cloudservice AS useless as the rest
Some motions never been detected or saved on vid!
