The ladies working in the Huntsville store are very helpful. The manager and company policies towards their flier/coupons is ridiculous. They advertise 20% off for visiting their website, but don’t have all their products online and won’t honor any kind of discount in the store. No military veteran discount either. And the store manager didn’t think it worth talking to a customer to explain. I purchased, and tipped the ladies working - but not likely to happen again! When you publish and distribute a coupon, you should try to honor it and help your potential customers benefit from it - that’s called customer service.
