I decided to try out curlybox this year in July. Then the merger happened and the company changed to Lelabox. I was not informed about it, till I sent the an email in September inquiring about the other Boxes and to cancel my subscription. I received them an email from them about the merger and that they have canceled my subscription.
A month later I got charged for a new box. I was And still am furious. I only got a reply after two days saying that the cancellation was not processed and that they will refund me back. This was 3 weeks ago. Still no refund. I sent them a reminder every week. Now the company is MIA.
The products are not delivered in the box as per the website. After being promised full size products, two of my 4 products were travel sizes. The customer service is really bad. My September box is still pending. I don’t even want it. Just want my refund and to get out this mess.
