I cannot begin to describe how poor…

I cannot begin to describe how poor this company is. I ordered some cartridges 05.08.2021. To date I have not received them. I made an error on the dept number on the Prindo website but the village details were correct. Prindo's idea of customer service is to say talk to UPS. Getting through to UPS requires webmaster skills and quite frankly I don't want to sign up to their UPS club or whatever it is I had to join. In the end after three weeks I spoke to UPS for 20 minutes - yes 20 minutes to change 1 digit because of a typo. That was Thursday 19th August. Now 24th August I still have not received the goods. Today I have cancelled the order and will use Amazon. learnings; 'you'll have to talk to UPS , sorry', does not constitute good customer service 2) My contract is with Prindo, I paid for delivery, be bothered about that. Get UPS to email me or call me. They are your customer not mine. 3) I hope your MD Andreas Gebauer reads these. He needs to know people have a choice and can get stuff easily elsewhere...You ring up Amazon about an order, they're bothered, they call you back, they escalate it, you feel valued. Prindo rien, nichts, nada. Ok just to be clear in light of Prindo’s reply, I contacted UPS by phone. I was in touch with Sarah Müller (Prindo) by email. Also you state UPS have delivered, I have not seen or accepted any package yet. Please note as of 20.00hrs this evening we have had no delivery. Please confirm you have instructed UPS not to deliver and issue a credit accordingly.

Dear customer, according to UPS tracking the goods arrived on 24.08. Unfortunately, at the moment when the goods leave our warehouse, we can only ask UPS for urgent delivery. Only in the case that the goods do not arrive, we can initiate an investigation. Why UPS took so long is still unclear to us, but we are looking into it. However, we have not received a call from you - every call is recorded in our customer account - and you could have contacted us. Our Customer care will get in touch with you. To your addings: We will contact you - if UPS has not delivered the goods, you will of course receive either a replacement or a credit note.
