Watch The Bad Advice On When To Take Insulin

Its best to take insulin 1hour before your next meal incase you need to exercise to bring it down. NEVER have a meal when your sugar level is above 7.9 always exercise to bring it down before eating using a treadmill is perfect for this. I found 15mins on a treadmill is = to 1hr walking in reducing sugar levels by exercising.
