I ordered four cases, I thought of jars. Later I was suspicious that when they say "pack" they are not referring to a case, but a pack of a jar. I tried to contact them to cancel my order a few hours later. There is no phone number to call. The 8 emails we exchanged were boilerplate... Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my refund. What a hassle. Their customer service does not really exist.
