This company is a complete fraud. We had an agreement where they would create a certificate for me. At first they seemed really on top of everything, asking a lot of questions and as if they were a legitimate company.

But once I paid the fee through Cash App (which I thought was a reliable source to send funds through), the company started saying that their delivery company couldn’t get in touch with me which wasn’t true at all, and then they wanted to charge me an additional $365 for shipping which was never mentioned initially.

I have all screen shots and emails as proof. The company never sent me my certificate and on top of that refuse not to refund me. Now every time I reach out they have completely ghosted me. I can’t stress enough not to rely on this company. I even have the names and screen shots of their names on cashapp.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get refunded or who else I can report this to please let me know. Also, if you suggest I place reviews on other sites please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!♥️
