We're sorry your experience was not as expected. As we've said before, there are many factors that go into the mixing and mastering outcome of a song. We spent many hours, including live stream sessions with Masud to get his song to his expectations. He was happy with his latest mix during our live stream but a few days later left us this review without asking to return to the mix, which we happily will do every time. He also placed his order during the holidays, and even though we take holidays during this time, we still wanted to get the song finished before the New Year.
