Waste of time - DO NOT USE

Waste of time
Engineer did not turn up and when I chased I then got messages
At 17.21- engineer on his way
At 17.22-installation will take place at 15.30. - 2 hours previous
At 17.23 - sorry your installation did not happen

3 days later still no update

I cancelled by email due to been on hold for 30 minutes- looks like cancellation was busy

Another 24 hours later I received an email asking me to contact the cancellation team which I did I was on hold for 15 minutes then it offered a call back service which I took

36 hours later still no response

If this is the experience to start with then I have no faith in the company

Great Customer Service for Renewal

I was out of contract on my Broadband and was notified in my online account to get in touch to review offers. Spoke to Nicholas, who was extremely helpful. Talked me through my options and offers available. Signed up for another 24 months, as was a great renewal offer and have always had a great experience with Zzoomm.

Fantastic service provided by Mary

Fantastic service provided by Mary! I’m in the process of moving house but I’m not sure of the moving date as of yet. However, my broadband contract comes to an end tomorrow, but I need broadband as I work from home! I called Mary, she immediately took action, looking into the rolling contracts they currently provide, and doing her best to ensure I don’t experience any service issues during the changeover. Mary also offered a better deal than what was seen online as she stated I was a valued customer, being with them a couple of years now!
Hopefully this service is still available at my new address, but if it isn’t, I’ll always keep an eye out for their services in the area, and return to them as a customer
