Ordered from this site in October 2024, I sent multiple emails telling them my order had not arrived and recieved excuse after excuse. Finally they emailed to say they think my item is lost. Now I'm still having to fight to get a refund. Awful customer service. Do not order from here.
I ordered a product in error - my fault entirely - so emailed on 17/10/2025 asking if I could make an exchange. After waiting 7 days and their website states they will respond in 24 hours I received the following: On Fri, 24 Oct 2025, 06:40 support wrote:
"When placing an order and making payment, the bill discount details will be displayed. You can check them out". I responded asking for more clarity as their response makes no sense but heard nothing further. Not impressed at all and would not make any recommendations to use Zynva.
