Second personal blender I received and they just stop working, not worth the money. Surprising coming from Germany.
Horrendous Customer support
Horrendous Customer support. Absolute disregard for the customer. They will apologize and will find ways not to do the right thing. I purchase thousands of dollars of items, only to have my high send knives chip from minimum wear, have various utensils fall apart because of a manufacture defect. After wasting time with their so called customer support I realized they got my money, and I purchased their sub-standard products. It is now my mission to ensure consumers are well aware of the poor, and often lack lustre customer support! DO not EVER purchase any of their items as you will have no support or warranty. Definitely not a high end item(s).
Don't buy from this company
Undoubtedly, the worst service I have ever received. I purchased a set of Staub cast iron stackable cocottes during a holiday sale in December. It took a couple of weeks before they arrived, but I assumed the delay was due to the holidays. Once received, I noticed there were chips in several places on the 4 piece set. There were also areas that were not completely sprayed with the finish color, giving a blotchy appearance. I called to ask for a replacement, but was told I had to go online, and submit pictures of the damage before they could approve a replacement. Once that step was done, I received a shipping label a day or two later, and on 1/8 I mailed the damaged goods back to Zwilling. Not hearing back from them, I called on 1/17 and was told by Prudence that she would check for my return and email me by the end of the day with information about the replacement. I never received an email. On 1/19 I called back and Fez told me they are working on the replacement and confirmed they had the item in stock, and they would email a tracking number once shipped. I didn't receive a tracking confirmation. Several days later, I called again and Saint told me that Fez made a mistake and didn't notify the warehouse properly. She confirmed it will be shipped the next day, and that I will finally have my set in 7-10 days. A week later I received the box and was so hoping for a good outcome. I had originally ordered the set in a Sesame color. The new box had a Sesame label, but once opened, the color was Graphite. I think they repackaged the box hoping I wouldn't know the difference between beige and gray. I called them once again and spoke to Jonathan. He said they no longer have Sesame in stock but would issue a return label and refund my $400. I once again made the trip to our UPS store, dropped off the package and waited. After two weeks and no credit to my account, I called to ask where my refund was. Jonathan told me that it was my responsibility to call once they received the return to initiate the refund. What?? I finally received the refund on 2/28. Unbelievable that it was my responsibility to call them to get my money back. Would they have just kept the money had I not called?
I think it would be easier to fly to France and buy a set there. Shame on Zwilling for their lousy customer service and substandard business practices. I feel like the whole transaction from beginning to end borders on being a scam. I would give zero stars if I could.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. No empathy and a lack of accountability for their actions. I purchased an item in mid December 2023. Emailed them middle of January for an update. Was told item was backorder, but that it would be back in stock soon. Waited another month and emailed again. Was told it's out of stock.
Why am I having to communicate first in these instances. You have a pending order thats not being fulfilled but just leave the customer hanging? Then say, hangtight, we got you but don't deliver, again? 2.5 months! Incredible. Only good news is they finally provided me with a refund so I can spend my money elsewhere.
This is the 2nd bad experience with Zwilling. Will never buy from them again.
Utter disregard for customers
Your utter disregard for your customers is horrifying.
I made a purchase on November 12, 2023. The package was returned to sender and I was told I would receive a refund. I have still not received it despite reaching out via email on January 7th (met with no response) and again on February 3rd. I was then told my inquiry has been escalated to the Finance team and to wait 24-72 for a response. I followed up yet again on February 8th and was met with an ambiguous corporate response. It is now February 18th and I am still waiting for my refund. I feel extremely upset at your disregard for your customers and will continue to vocalize it until we reach a resolution.

False Advertising, Misleading and Misrepresentation
I purchased a knife set, 8” Chef knife as per the description.

Description clearly states 8” Chef knife
The item has not even shipped yet although I have been charged.
Picture showed two knives, a chef knife and another knife for $75.00.
Although description states 8” Chef knife and wood cutting board. I do not need a cutting board nor do I really need another other than the Professional S Chef knife, the 2nd knife pictured is not even a concern.
I purchased the set for the 8” Chef knife but as of 2/15/2024 they won’t honor their own description. They state the picture of the Chef knife is only 5 1/2”, the picture has no ruler nor measuring comparison and the only way to see what is engraved on the knives is to zoom in and use a magnifying glass or zoom in THEN screen shot, then zoom in again.

Ordered frying pan set that they advertised as working on induction. On opening the box we discovered that the pans wouldn't work on induction. We returned the pans and waited weeks for a refund. Eventually emailed a director about getting the refund. Never got a reply from the director but eventually received the refund.

Takes Top Honours for Complete Incompetency
Every now and again, a consumer experience comes along that is so laughable, it’s almost not to be believed.
Zwilling Canada takes top honours here.
Even giving this company one star is, quite frankly, too kind.
I placed an order for a product that was “in stock.” Except that it wasn’t. Zwilling Canada’s website had this product constantly listed as “in stock” even when the company knows it isn't, and their site is not reflective of their real-time inventory. BE WARNED.
Rather than let customers know that an item is on back order (in this case, indefinitely), Zwilling allows you to place the order, does not inform you that your order will not be delivered in any reasonable amount of time, and instead sends you on a wild goose chase to try and track down what you purchased.
Customer service is a JOKE. Inept, unresponsive, and downright unknowledgeable are words that come to mind. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it.
Endless calls and emails (too many to count) for close to two months, misinformation, being ignored. Just writing this, eflecting on this miserable experience, makes my blood boil. It was 100% on me, the customer, to make sure I received my order. Zwilling Canada wiped its hands clean of any responsibility.
If you want to play the waiting game with your purchase, Zwilling Canada is for you. If you want to deal with a professional company that has, in its inventory, what it says it has, I beseech you… please, please, PLEASE take your business elsewhere.
The lack of competency with which this company operates (or doesn’t) is truly not to be believed.

Worst brand I have ever dealt with. EVER!!!! Returned a pan set that was unopened on 12/15 took TWO MONTHS to get my $500 back after numerous phone calls. I’ve never seen a company take so long. The worst and most useless customer service. I don’t know why they bother paying a customer service team. They can’t address anything.

Can I give them 0 stars? My goodness. Back in November I ordered 2 sets of 3 frying pans that work on induction stovetops. They sent the wrong ones. Same set, but not induction. I returned them...they said they would send the right ones. After several phone calls and emails and assurance that they would send it as soon as possible, finally my package showed up today, in February, with the same wrong ones, and a free gift. Unbelievable!
I have owned a set of kitchen knives…
I have owned a set of kitchen knives for more than 20 years and have enjoyed them. Unfortunately, the handle on my 6" chef knife broke. I contacted customer service and after a bit of communication back and forth, they asked if any of my other knives had issues too. Upon close inspection my 8"knife had a small crack in the handle as well. They decided to replace both my knives with new ones. I love my knives and am a customer for life. Kudos to Zwilling JA Henkle for the best customer service.

Poor Customer Service & Refund Process
Customer Service Poor
I needed to return an unused toaster I bought - too big for kitchen. Followed their process to return and a month later I have still not been refunded my money.
Sent an email on 15/1/24 and they said would respond in 3 working days. It’s now 20/1/24. No call or email from them.
They are seriously neglecting their customers and still owe me £107.
Bought a product from Zwilling
Bought a product from Zwilling. Have an old version of same product. However, it is not working at all. It is a nail cutter, which breaks the nails instead of cutting them. Contacted the customer service online two days after I gave the nail cutter as a present (between Christmas and new years). Still haven’t heard from them after three e-mails. One thing is being disappointed with a product. It’s something else when the company’s customer service is out of function and shows nothing but disrespect towards their customers.

However, received a cancellation email stating product is out of stock. So why cancel it? Why not send it to me when it's in stock? Because they don't want me to receive the discount.
It was a good discount. Really good. That's on them. They issued a very good discount on their official site, and now are backtracking anyone that purchased their products at said discounts. Look at other 1-star reviews. Same thing happening to everyone.
Seems like they made a mistake and are backtracking or it's a marketing strategy that's going to backfire on them.
There are competitors with quality product. Buy from them.
I'll remove this review if Zwlling does the right thing and honors my, and everyone else's purchases.
STAY AWAY FROM ZWILLING
Ordered a bunch of stuff, and three weeks gone by - NOTHING! Called customer service and was told everything is out of stock. I honestly think it never was in stock, and they never bothered to notify me until I called them. Even then, they just took me around in circles. Will never purchase zwilling or staub ever again!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased one of the Sous Vide they make it didn't even work for 30 days and I get the run around on being able to return it because it was used. I thought Zwilling was a good trusted brand. However now I will not purchase any of their products again.

Terrible customer service, after waiting a month for the delivery they have just informed me the products are out of stock while they are in stock but not in a discounted price. BS. I read other customers had the same experience. Don’t understand how such a big company can’t have the system updated, waited a month to tell me it’s out of stock when they advertise it as in stock! Never again
Worst service and dysfunctional system
I am absolutely outraged by the horrendous service I've encountered! Every attempt to place an order resulted in being rudely redirected to a "Page Not Found" error after clicking the "Review and Pay" button. It's utterly unacceptable!
Furthermore, their so-called "specialist assistance" is a complete joke. When I called the provided number for help, they had the audacity to hang up on me not once, but four times! This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is beyond belief. Such a pathetic excuse for a company deserves to go bankrupt immediately!

Told me my order was “never shipped” when on my profile it says “delivered”. Now having to go through my bank to report as fraud for an order I never received placed on Dec 18th and was charged for!
