Fast smooth process, helpful staff

This is the second time of using Zuto for car finding and funding. Mostafa Ibrahim has made the whole experience very easy to go through and so knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Well worth the money, they put a barrier between myself and the dealer, which cuts out all the stress. Really like Zuto first time buying a car, and Ive not needed to take a paracetamol.

I'll be honest and hold my hands up and say I didn't like Mitch and that was before I'd even spoken to him. I was just browsing and looking to get an idea of what my budget was. But with finance companies they do not tell you the information straight up, they want you to talk to someone. I eventually had a conversation with Mitch and he was lovely to deal with. He made me feel that my wants and needs were not unrealistic within my budget and was always looking for cars to send me details of. I'm sure he got annoyed with me that I ummed and arred over a few vehicles and missed out on them. He then found a car and nudged me to go for it before someone else snapped it up. Thank you Mitch for holding my hand through the process

My experience was simple easy fast and straight forwards. Matthew had patience and was a lot of help he answered all our questions and even got us a discount !
