Title: Absolute garbage product! Total waste of money and time!
I bought the Zuru Bunch O Balloons from Walmart for $19.99, and it was a complete nightmare.
The box heavily advertises "self-tying and rapidly filling," but that is a complete lie. The quality of the latex is incredibly cheap and defective. I tried filling them exactly as instructed—placing them directly into a bucket full of water to support the weight—and three-quarters of them popped instantly before they were even full!
To make matters worse, the ones that didn't pop refused to drop off automatically. The O-rings were completely stuck, and the only way to get them off was to pull them off manually one by one, which caused even more balloons to pop.
I ended up losing 3/4 of the balloons before even getting to play with them. This is an expensive, frustrating piece of junk. Do not waste your $20 on this garbage. Zuru should be ashamed of selling such defective inventory!

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service - apparently having a faulty item with all of the original packaging and batch codes isn't enough evidence of having bought a FAULTY product. Because they have decided that consumer protection only applies if you can show where you bought it. Not my first poor customer experience here, shouldn't have been surprised. Waited 3 weeks for no help. Looking at the other reviews I am not alone. Glad the folks at the top are taking a "not my problem" attitude to quality and customer service.

Bought this Smashers wrestler from rural king

Bought this Smashers wrestler from Rural King today. My kid opened it and the hand snapped off within seconds. The plastic wasn't even brittle, it was just weak where it should be solid. Total waste of money for a toy that breaks on first use. Do not buy.

I’m really disappointed that a couple…

I’m really disappointed that a couple of Kiwi entrepreneurs built a toy company that quickly ends up as landfill waste. At first, I was excited to see New Zealand represented on the global stage, until I bought their products. They consistently fall apart under regular kids’ play and don’t hold up at all.

Terrible customer service!

Bought a fuggler which unfortunately, upon opening had glue stains over it. Tried to return it but it could not be returned due to having been opened. Emailed customer support and have had no reply in over a week. Terrible customer service!

No customer support for faulty product

My daughter received mini fridge as a Christmas gift. The blue light didn't work at all to harden the molds / food creations as it is supposed to. I emailed them and never heard back. Why bother even having a customer service contact?

Ridiculous service

I bought the mini brands fill the fridge, refrigerator. It should come with a make it yourself pudding and with a soda can and ice scoop. You can't get these items by yourself. And a working UV light. Well I got 2 puddigs and no soda can or ice scoop. And the UV ligt was not working well, and that ruined the puddings en some other make it yourself items. I filed a complaint and sent multiple request saying could you please look at my request? It took them 4 weeks to finally awnser me. They asked me for a lot of proof, and I gave them all of it. In a few days they responded each day on all my questions. Then they said they were ready for compensation, and all they offered was a random ball with 5 items in there, and I already collected a lot so there would be nothing new in it for me. When I said I was dissapointed with this and asked if they could do anything else, like replace the refrigerator that I got because it was not working and not complete like they advertised!? They start ignoring me. So now I have sent them 5 mails already asking for a responde, but they have just been ignoring me for the past 2 weeks. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND THAT FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY

xshot is terrible and also the assistance

I bought an xshot, after 30min using it, It was broken and I cannot use It not yet. The item was terrible, poorly designed and assembled, and broke after just a few minutes of use. After 15-30 minutes, the small piston has come off (it was only press-fitted) from the shaft/plunger and can no longer push the water out. This is an absurd design flaw of the object.....8€ wasted It's a terrible product. Further, the assistance was terrible, my request for a replacement for a defective item, even after sending photos, was denied.

They need to think more about people

The toys they make are awesome but they have rare ones and I don’t have any. I love the rare ones! ZURU makes them too rare and they want to be rich and don’t think of other people. They need the rares to be common and not upset people like me. (By Wilfred aged 10).

Don't buy nothing

Back in May I bought a dino DNA for the first time for my son 5th birthday. We got all the pieces BUT NO DINO HEAD. Do not buy. I wrote them and sent proof. Finally in June they wrote back saying they where gonna replace the whole thing since they do not replace missing pieces. So I sent them all the information for the new Dino DNA to be shipped to me, however now nothing. This company is a scam. My video also went viral on tik tok about this and thousands of people say the same thing about this company.
I waited this long to write this review to see if they would step up and take action for there promise but I have not heard nothing in weeks and now I realized this customer service is a joke and these toys are nothing but a scam. They definitely won't last long same like some of the toys who where the same way when I was a kid.
If your gonna sell a product and your not gonna sell a complete item. Make damn sure your customer service is in check and you can resolve a problem.
This company is definitely a scam, I also will be going to both my stores and making a sigh for customers to read because not everyone watches tik tok. To inform any one NOT to buy NOTHING from this company. It was my first time buying from them. However, never again and will make it to let everyone know too do NOT make the same mistake on buying none of their toys either. Zuru is a scam.

Broken toy, no resolution

Customer service is a complete joke. They sat on my email for over a month so I threw the broken toy out. Now they want video of the issue. They claim a system error for not seeing my request. Nerf gun came broken. No resolution. Annoying customer service agent.

Recently I have seen that they have these lego looking fire and police station sets. I thought they would be perfect for my son as a gift. I have ordered one from each set. Its good that I have checked them before wrapping because one of them was opened. I checked the contents and over half the pieces were missing. They have sent me someone's return as new. They sent a replacement but still ut is unacceptable. The quality of these sets are ridiculous even Temu has better quality lego knock offs. The pieces don't stay together the whole thing just collapses every time my son touches it. I had to reinforce it with spare parts to make it work. Absolute rubbish stay away from this company!

DO NOT BUY. I have purchases mutliple robo fish/turtle/ and boats. They work and shortly stop working. Ive replaced the batteries on all and hey never work after replacing the batteries.Worst toys. And customer service doesnt help.

Daughter received Christmas present, X-SHOT Insanity Series Motorized Rage Fire Gatlin Gun. I have been messaging with them since 12/25/24, sent pictures and videos of the defective product. They claim they'd be sending a new one on 1/7/25. It is now 3/6/25 and nothing other than on 2/22/25: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping the replacement.
