Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I am still waiting on the boarder of the road in Italy at the time i write this message after 12 hours waiting.
Zurich is not able to sort the situation. They keep saying they will call me back.
Nothing is happening. I am with a dog that is sick, spent the night waiting…
