Customer service is non-existent, I ordered a training belt that was smaller than I expected, I sent an email a month ago to their customer service email to ask to replace it to a larger size, and there has been no response ever since.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SWITZERLAND
I made a 90 CHF purchase for shipment to Switzerland but they NEVER show during the ordering and confirmaition process that Swiss VAT is not applied. They show you prices in Swiss francs, making you believe that it is a normal purchase, including Swiss VAT and never mention that you have customs to pay.
Conclusion? Add more than 20 CHF of DHL customs clearance fee at customer's expense + VAT and surprise, you end up paying 30% more.
I have now read this feedback from other customers here on trustpilot and ZUMUB clearly does nothing about this as they take advantage from tricking it's customers, which is stupid, because if I would have known I would have made multiple orders below 60 CHF to stay within the tax free limit.
Such a short term game, trick me once, never a customer again.
