No furniture received yet/No update for my order and it’s almost 3mons

I’ve placed an order on 22.Nov.2021. Here nothing back from the 23.Nov.2021 said it started to create the construction frame. But then till now 17.Feb.2022. I kept sending email and from their website to enquiry my order but still hear nothing. The Felix sofa that paid more than $2000. The email kept sending back and showed can’t find the address. Will gonna contact my bank and see how we can do and get a refund or not. It’s terrible!!! And looked through the website shows no contact number to call.

Scam of a website

Scam of a website, I paid $655 for some dining chairs from this company and have not received any updates on my order. They had a lead time of 6-8 weeks and now it has been 10 and they wouldn't reply to any of my emails about this order, and even seems to have blocked me from sending emails as I have tried to contact them but have been met with "Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." . The order hasn't even been shipped out yet. Unbelievable and appalling customer service and company.

No sure if anyone else has had this…

No sure if anyone else has had this problem but Zubu will not reply or contact me anymore. I am just wanting to know the rough arrival of my item so I can make arrangements but I have received no response via email, Instagram or Facebook, really disappointed in the customer service.

Poor customer service

Bought 2 Blake Dining Chairs (order #1052) on 16/11/2021, with estimated lead time of 6-8 weeks plus around the same time for delivery. On 18/11 there was an update that they had begun creating the structural frame. I sent an email on 11/01/2022 enquiring about the progress on my order and 2 weeks later have not heard anything and there have been no further updates on the order tracking (now 10 weeks after my purchase). No telephone number available for contact.

No acknowledgement of order

Hello, I placed an order for a Felix sofa and two Celeste chairs on the weekend. To date I have not received confirmation in writing or otherwise of my order. Full payment has been taken from my credit card however. Please get back to me today, I do not wish to stop the payment with my bank.

Be careful!

Be careful! For items that are purely sold online and can’t be viewed/also the price tags, the terms and conditions are hefty for the consumer. Read the terms and conditions carefully before buying from the company!! They are not flexible nor will they take your feedback on.
I believe ( they will deny it) the terms and conditions were actually changed during my order time (took 17 weeks) as I have been carefully looking at return policies during lockdowns with buying furniture.
I had multiple issues with the company on my purchase and none of that was taken into consideration, just ignored. Rather than being there for customer support they send generic emails or don’t respond to your concern. So many better small furniture brands around that appreciate their customers and run seem less businesses that don’t make you feel like you are a burden for needing to return or not wanting an item any longer. My advice- stay away!

FYI to their below response - 30% restocking is not fair to a consumer for restocking because you are a small business. They also responded to this review before responding to my email - great customer service.
Being custom furniture is a lie also there is no customised options besides choosing your colour which any furniture shop adds.
The customer service is beyond appalling! I can’t believe they are trying to prove themselves below instead of solving the issue. Still haven’t heard back to an email sent two days ago.

We are a made to order business, and during this pandemic, like many we have had to work around delays that are out of our control including shipping times.

Once our customers have given us confirmation that they would like to go ahead with production, we cannot cancel the job once it is in the final stages.

As a small business that make all our pieces to order, when someone cancels an order in the final stages of production that does put us in a difficult position.

Our team will continue to see if we can find a better solution taking your feedback on board to see how we can best manage if change of mind takes place at final stages of the product being made.

The customer service team have been working with you for the past couple of weeks to find a solution here as you did request a custom stain on your piece.

The beauty of made to order is that we can add these customisations for you, but we ask that customers are mindful of their choice. As mentioned it can become difficult once the product is in the final stages of production.

We have done all we can (as you mentioned offering the restocking fee rather than a no refund at all) but we are sorry to hear you are still feeling disappointed. Custom made to order furniture isn't for everyone and we understand that too.
