Excellent quality, disappointing packaging
I ordered an 18 cm plate from Zsolnay as a farewell gift for my Korean manager. The plate itself is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition – the quality fully meets expectations.
Unfortunately, the packaging was disappointing. Although the item was well protected, it was wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap. There was no Zsolnay gift box, nor an option to request gift packaging, which felt surprising for a premium brand and a product often purchased as a gift.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product, but I hope the packaging will better reflect the brand’s prestige in the future.
