Sold me to pairs of air Jordan retro 4 fire red (fire red is joke their burgundy) trainers I knew soon as looking at these they were fake I have lot of experience with these shoes and fire reds ain't burgundy, tried contacting them and they promised they weren't fake and will be refunded when the Chinese New year is over and that didn't make sense. Never heard from them again. So stuck with two pairs of fakes. Don't buy from them the good reviews ain't true and trust pilot should stamp down on this well unfair.

DO NOT ORDER! My husband ordered some trainers from them at the end of February and 1 month later no response from this company. He has now managed to make contact, to be told the order is now cancelled but no money has been refunded yet. Just told to contact bank. This company is a complete con, do not order from them.

I ordered some trainers in Feb 22nd and I haven't heard from them at all I wrote on the website about it week later nothing so would not use this site I suppose now it will be hard to get my money back my name Donna Johnson.

Took a little bit of time to arrive but once they did, product was superb

Bought my son some trainers for Christmas…took longer than expected to arrive so I sent them a quick email and they replied straight away. Very please with the purchase. Many Thanks

I bought a pair of trainers for my son this Christmas and I was worry that it may be delay with everything it happens. I read the reviews makes me think o no!!!! So I contacted them and I have to say that I had not problems with the company!!! They answered all my queries by text and email. Also were truly helpful and honest. So although the trainers didn’t arrived on time due to the end of the year and nothing that they were in control. I was very hopeful that they will respond and they did.
They sent me an email and asked just to be a little be patience. Pay off and my son was/is soooo happy the day the trainers arrived.

Excellent communication by text.takes about 2-3 weeks but very happy with trainers and will buy from again.not a scam.

Absolutely disgusted how they can scam people in the UK. Its connected with oneupbuy.com, as I paid £154.45:for trainers on this website, which states it comes from USA and has a place in Essex.. Wrong.
On my statement was Oneupbuy.com, which is in 🇨🇳 China. Tried to email 30 ÷ times, to be told to email support, They never answered.. No trainers for Christmas and no money?.
Absolutely disgusted how in the UK, they get away with this.

I bought shoes for my son for christmas on zrendi.con and was worried after a week or so and tried getting in touch. At first I didn’t receive an email and read the reviews on trustpilot. I got very worried then and tried a few other ways to get in touch with the company. I raised a dispute with my bank and today the goods I ordered arrived. Apologies to the company as the shoes did arrive and they aren’t a scam.

I am happy to say they are better than I expected, after reading some of the reviews I was a little worried, but don't be put off, yes they take time to turn up, probably about 3 weeks, but the wait is worth it, they are really good quality and I would definitely buy again from Zrendi, legit store, good product

If there was a zero star rating, I would have chosen that. Do not buy anything from this website it is a SCAM! I wish o had read the reviews before purchasing trainers for my son. Like all the others that have gone before me… no trainers arrive, they don’t answer their phone lines and can only communicate via chat. Just to be given a fake trail g number and no progress or updates. These trainers were ordered 3 weeks ago with no materialisation. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Excellent delivery information and good website!

Complete SCAM. Sent a fake tracking number saying trainers had shipped. Kept saying 'be patient they are on the way' despite the Royal Mail tracking number showing they'd not been sent. Ignored all requests for refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Do not buy from this company well I can’t call it a company more like scam order a pair trainers off here for my son for Christmas but they never turned up they send you a fake tracking number save your money or else you don’t want to get scammed from the con artists they are stay well clear from this site!!!

Great communication, up to date tracking through Royal Mail and texts. Authentic products. I will defiantly be ordering from this great company again. 10/10

Avoid this horrendous fraudulent company , trainers were fake and no sign of a refund so please avoid any dealing’s with them at all .

Avoid this company at all costs!! Brought some expensive Air Jordan trainers for my son for Xmas and came in a bag no box!! Since found out they are fake and trying to get money back is a joke!!! They only reply by text a say refund will be 2-3 days and never happens! Please stay away from these crooks
