I made a suggestion for ZOX deliveries, they responded quickly and with understanding. I feel confident that they will take my suggestion into serious consideration, and adjust when they are able. I believe most looking to buy Zox care about the well being of our planet as do the founders of this magnificent product! Go ZOX, you've got a customer for life!

Shipping was fast and my daughter loved the shark watch band. I will be getting a new one for myself as well!

Absolutely love the Bible Verse bracelets. The color options and choices of sizes seem endless. Purchased a few as gifts for my family and have already decided to order several more as Christmas and Birthday gifts for people throughout the year!
Now to customer service... Amazing. Super quick responses and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Had an issue with a watch band and they fixed it right away.
This is a company I would very highly recommend.

ZOX did refund what I spent, in money and points. They did right by me. I do wish it would have been handled in private the first time I reached out. So I wouldn’t have had to complain in public. So somewhere between one star and four stars.

I have purchased watchbands from Zox in the past and loved them. They recently changed the format of their watchbands. The old format had the band with the connector already attached, so all you had to do was attach it to your watch and you were ready to go. Now you have to buy the connector separately and attach it yourself. the small pin is difficult to maneuver, especially if you have large hands and fingers. It also seems less than secure, as if the pin could fall out and your watch will fall off. I do not like the new design of the watchband, and will no longer purchase them from Zox unless they return to the old design. Why pay more for an inferior product.

First off - ZOX is a fabulous company! How they’re made & what they stand for. I enjoy wearing their bracelets, using them for keys, luggage tags & for gifting. There was a problem with one of my orders. Customer service was quick to reply to my request for help & solved the issue first contact.

I have several Zox bracelets already that I love. My recent order never arrived. I sent a message that was promptly responded to by the Zox team. A replacement order was quickly resent. I can't wait to receive my new bracelets! Thank You to Everyone at Zox!

Customer service is top notch as are the products! I placed an order for a watch band and then realized it needed an adapter (it was offered during the checkout, but I declined it). I realized I did indeed need it after I had placed the order, so I contacted the company through their website and they responded right away as well as updated my order to include the adapter (FOR FREE). I have placed three orders from ZOX and will order again in the future.

I love my bracelet and the verses that show up right when I need them . Definitely water proof and durable

I love the quality of the straps and bands I've gotten from Zox. They are great presents - for ME haha and for others! On the rare occassion I've needed customer service, it's been outstanding and always meets my expectations. I'm so happy to have found this brand and do recommend it to everyone I know!

Had a mixup with a recent order, and the customer care team at ZOX made sure I got the correct items as quickly as possible, even though I had delayed opening the original package and the items in question were part of a limited issue. They even let me keep the items that had been shipped by mistake. This is what a great customer experience looks like!

I love these bracelets! They are comfortable, attractive, and quickly give you a positive message with a quick tap of your phone. When I did have an issue with a bracelet and contacted ZOX, their response was immediate, thoughtful and more than satisfactory. I love this caring company and their products!

Zox has been my favorite go to for watch bands ever since I found them in 2023! Recently, I ordered a new watchband for myself on a weekend not realizing that the address was set for a friend’s house I had sent some bands and bracelets to for a friend and her daughters a few years ago- Zox answered promptly and fixed the issue outside of business hours so it would come to my house very quickly. They are always so nice to deal with and I absolutely LOVE their bands. My favorite are the dragons. 🥰 thank you, guys! Great job!

After receiving two bracelets, I noticed one was "stuck" to the outer plastic packaging. After some persistent tugging, the bracelet came free but some of the threads came loose. After contacting the company, they quickly and graciously sent a replacement. I truly appreciate ZOX and love their mission. They practice the positivity and kindness that their bracelets offer!

My ordering experience was so easy. I had sent my purchase as a gift. It had been reported as not making it. When Zox found out, they personally started checking into it. I discovered it had been delivered in the meantime. Nevertheless, I was so impressed by the quick check, work to get the issue resolved, and the personal service. I will be a repeat customer for myself soon!

I've gotten several bracelets for friends and family. I also got the "Love Wins" watch band and like it very much. Their customer service is top notch and your products are first rate.

I received an empty envelope with no merchandise in it. The post office stamped that it arrived like that. I sent an inquiry with pictures and my order was quickly refilled and on the way. Customer service was great. Thank you, Zox!!
