Lovely items although if you live in the uk like me then be prepared for a fairly long wait for whatever you order to arrive. The quality is worth the wait though I’ve just done my 3rd order

I got three dog themed bracelets. I just lost one of my dogs so I love the bracelets that are interactive with notes for grief and healing. I had a question about the bracelets and customer service responded quickly.
My wrist is under 6 so I ordered a small. It's a little snug but they are stretchy and loosen up a bit. Nice product.

I love Zox and have ordered several times. I’m always super pleased with my purchase! This last order got lost in the mail. I let them know and they were super fast at responding and had another on the way same day! Also, the customer service person was just super nice! Thanks again!

I i've had my bracelet for about three or four months.And I love it, I use it all the time.I ordered 1 for
my brother.I made a mistake when I was ordering and they were able to fix the problem.And get it shipped to the right address.These people are just phenomenal.The bracelets are great.I will definitely use them if I ever need another one

I've been a Zox customer for many years now. I absolutely love the bracelets and have many. They are true to size, have beautiful scenes, and great inspirational quotes. I love that it reversible so you can either show off the beautiful scenery or show the quote. It's teaching me to be positive with myself. I also love customer service, they are easy to get a hold of and do every thing they can to make the process smooth. I will be a customer for life!

I've ordered from them three times, and each order has been wonderful. Great bracelets that hold up well being worn every day. They keep their color and shape well after being washed. I purchased two of the BETA metal charm bracelets and when I got them the charm was in the wrong position. I emailed customer service and within a day I had easy directions to correct it. I would definitely recommend this brand to all my friends and loved ones! The bracelets are beautiful and fit many different wrist sizes.

First of all, Zox makes wonderful products. I really like their watchbands. They are not only comfortable to wear, but the colors and artwork is beautiful and they are meaningful with a message. I recently needed assistance with ordering a watchband. I contacted them and they were quick to solve the problem. Great customer service.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received after my favorite band stopped scanning, they went way above and beyond to replace it and make sure I felt heard and that they resolved the issue, will definitely be ordering more.
