Guys STAY AWAY from this company please. I got nothing but complete hassle from them trying to withdraw money. The made a complete fool out of me by asking me to hold a piece of paper with writing on it and my ID up to my face and send it into them. They then asked me to verify cards on my account which I had done bare in mind I was told I was fully verified before all this and all off a sudden they are requested very sensitive information as in my bank statements I thought this was very rude of them to be honest. I withdrawed money 2-3 days ago the money us still pending in my account and also I've more to take out but the daily withdrawal limit is 5000 this us also false advertising as I went to withdraw more money after the 24 hours that they say and it was cancelled. Now I'm still waiting on my 5000 and also can't even withdraw the rest until the first 5000 is approved. My account manager was not one bit helpful. They are quick enough to take your money but they don't want to pay you your winnings that you won fair and square. This company need to go and get a reality check they are going to lose a lot of customers me being one of them now. I'm actually so upset over this they treated me like s**t they are fake out. There advertising is also completely false too they are only doing that to lure you in. I play a different casino and there withdrawal is always intact no matter how much you ask for. The minute you request a withdrawal from this other casino and check your bank account its there straight away
Unlike this crowd who won't pay and have stupid fake rules to how to get your money.
