Beautiful

This product absolutely brightened, refreshing and helped with my acne. I would absolutely recommend this product. The only downside is it extremely expensive, especially for me I’m retired.

Overpriced products

Overpriced products! I used the Daily Defense product for 7 months without noticing any skin improvements. When I used the Recovery product my eyes started burning. I only put the product on my lower cheek area. Not even close to my eyes. I was expecting more for the outrageous cost.

Purchased Zo sunscreen powder

Purchased Zo sunscreen powder. Paid over $90. It isn’t dispensing any powder even though I have tried several times, following instructions.

I have no response from customer service in the last fourteen days. I have just sent a second email.

Im in awe of this product…

I'm a little confused by some of this feed back as I'm unable to obtain the products without seeing a specialist!
I went to a private clinic after suffering Rosaesa and acne probably caused by menopause and treated by NHS dermatology for two years. They put me on antibiotics for two years, made no difference.
Private clinic assessed my skin, long consultation and prescribed ZO Skin Health. I have no dealings with head company, just my private clinic. I'm in awe of what a difference it has made, including the cream that has greatly improved my wrinkles. I personally have had an amazing experience with the private clinic and the product. Expensive...yes, worth it? Hell yes.
I think it is amazing and my face has completely cleared up. I used to cover it in Foundation but not just use mineral powder.
I'm glad I had a private consultant to stear me though and take care of me. Sounds like some of you where just left to get on with it from parent company and not has the support I have.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service! Spent 100s of dollars and GPAY pulled in wrong address and I called the customer service # within 5 min of order and they refused to change the shipping address and said good luck reach out to the shipper.

Zo products have ruined my skin

Zo products have ruined my skin.
I used the exfoliating wash, polish, pads, daily defence, and the tinted spf for six weeks. It was a painful and expensive mistake. Before, I had enlarged pores and occasional breakouts from hormones. I was told to use the 5 step routine and I'd have amazing results.
For the first week, my skin seemed to be responding well, but into the second week, things were going wrong.
My skin felt tight and dry, I was breaking out with terrible acne and in places my skin hurt.
I stuck with it for about five weeks when i just had to stop. I'm now using very basic products to try and repair the damage that's been done to my face. My skin is now so sensitive, even the products I used before are too harsh.
Please Google what's in these products before you use them. I was shocked by the amount of alcohol in the pads and the skin polish has a ph of 9. It's no wonder it's burnt my face.
Never again.

Indifferent Service Rep

Ordered a couple of products from them to a mail forwarder. Had issues getting the forwarder to forward it internationally due to flammable ingredients. Took a while to realize it's not going to happen. Approached them for a return 42 days after delivery (they have a 30 day return policy) and they just flat out refused to help. The rep wouldn't even check with a manager, just a flat no. These products have a far expiration date, and 12 days are negligible when compared with the satisfaction of a first time customer, but they just don't care. Shame, we will take our business elsewhere. I hope they enjoy the $39.

Poor Customer Service

Each time I ask a question about an active ingredient or incorporating one of their products into my routine I just get a pre-formed response that doesn't actually address my question at all. I've asked multiple questions at this point and none of them have been answered. Really frustrating considering the price point of this product line - you think they could at least answer some technical product questions... or even basic questions!

Spent over $1000 and gave it a VERY honest effort (10 months!!!). The spa that sold it to me told me all of the pain, redness, swelling, was normal and that my skin would get used to it and to “keep trying”. I would get terrible chemical burns if I mixed it with any other product, such as a basic moisturizer or a physical spf.
At 10 months I gave up. Within 2 weeks of stopping my skin has never looked better. I am so thankful that it didn’t do permanent damage.
I absolutely Do NOT recommend this product. Save your money. There are many other dermatologist recommended drug store brands that so an excellent job.

MAXIM MODEL BURNT SWOLLEN FACE FEOM ZO

I did not like the texture on my face.
Therefore I stopped the product, as I did not know if I was burning up from the treatment morpheus 8 or the hydrating creme. (Which I was told to use post op.. for its cooling effects)

My face kept getting swollen and red and sore!! I felt also unwell..

Moving forward 3-4 months later.. I decided to re try the creme..
With zero facial treatments
Now I know the creme does burn my face chronically!
X5 days later afyer 1 application use, I. Stoll swollen, tender and pain.
The 2nd day it was bad I had sever migraines and nausea.

I have lost work due to this product.. and in pain.

I am also afraid that damaged has been done to my skin when it was advised to me to use it 'after' morpheus 8 for its 'cooling' effect.

Someone told me today I never should of been given this product in geneal foe post op care!+
It makes me think .. are the zo products properly explained for everyone+

Are other people just using then for post op care like I was!! And not knowing they are having a reaction to them??

Customer service from Zo is terrible+!

Zo and the med spa are only telling me that no one else has had a problem with it...
Ummmm.. well I do!+

Something is off!! Never have I had a reaction on my face like this before+
People need to come forward with this Product more!!

ZO Customer service is useless.

I ordered the ZO Skin Health and Primer order #US_52402325 on June 14, 2023. After the first use, the pump container broke apart and the product that I had paid $60+ for could not be pumped out of the container. I have made numerous calls to customer service and they all say they will review my situation and get back with me. They never do. I have used the online chat. They say they will get back with me in three days. I never hear back from them. Their customer service does nothing to help me. (I think I attached the wrong picture.)

Very rude customer support

Very rude customer support
I placed order directly through ZO skin health but did not received it because carrier delivered to wrong address. I knew it when tracked the shipment. I chat with customer support and got answer: we will investigate without saying anything which make customer feel like they care. I then asked what I suppose to do? they said just wait. It looks like they don't care to sell their product, they don't need customer.

Incredibly overpriced products sold as…

Incredibly overpriced products sold as if they are "clinically approved" but no proof of that online. Daily Power Defense certainly felt nice on my sking but 180€ for 50ml!?! Worst product for me was the Smart Tone SPF 50. Greasy and stains clothes as it tries to also be a BB. Also, cannot use Smart Tone with other makeup or it peels off. Terrible stuff and I have to just chalk it up to a learning point as I got swindled by my dermatologist in Frankfurt, Germany, who wrote it all on a prescription as if it was medical stuff.

Worst customer service from this Zo…

Worst customer service from this Zo Health online company. They have horrible representative that are rude and could care less if you even received your items. During the free gift with purchase events, they would not include the free gift and could care less if you received it, claiming they are sold out. Their products are not well balanced in ingredients and I have had reactions to their sunscreens that are heavy in preservatives. They could care less when I have reached out to customer service with the information and make no effort at researching the issue. I am going back to my lancome regimen and clinique sunscreens, love the service from both clinique and lancome, very classy and they stand by their products, unlike ZO.

Expensive Mistake

After having a facial at a registered skin clinic the practitioner recommended I start the Zo normalising routine. Which in fact did the opposite. My skin was the best it’s ever been before starting the programme and the lady who recommended it said I would benefit from using it as it would keep my skin youthful, the deeper layers of skin healthy and hydrated etc.
After the first month my skin was awful, painful and I had full blown acne. Completely the opposite to why you would start the programme. I was hoping to feel more confident without make up and to get rid of the slight redness rosacea around my nose.
4 months on, my acne was still as angry as ever and I’ve had to stop using it. It was extremely expensive and so frustrating that it hasn’t worked for my skin. However, after reading other reviews… it seems I’m not the only persons to be suffering
