Last year I bought a single C-190 wifi camera and it suddenly stopped working. I followed the instructions to reconnect it but no image would transmit. So, I sent a message to get support. I chatted with Shirley and she was able to pull up my original order. She quickly resolved my problem by sending me a new, upgraded model. She was very helpful and provided the tracking number. I received the new camera, connected and it is working great. This is excellent customer service thanks to Shirley! I will recommend Zosi Technology to my friends.

when the world around us was closing are doors

before Two months ago I turned it on and it dazzled me with its performance and quality
But I forget the password then today contact with zosi support center and as fast as quickly they send me email with all information I need it within 3 hours

This is a follow-up to your previous request #10055635 "System freezes up"
I had an issue with the live stream not being shown smoothly and was skipping frames and also the system was freezing up at random and had to reboot each time to make it work again. I contacted customer service and Cathy sent me an updated firmware file that seemed to fix all my issues. The cameras are running smoothly with no hesitation since the updated file. Great security system now! Appreciate her help.

The customer service at Zosi made my day! I was stuck without a password for my security DVR and didn't know what to do about it. I contacted Zosi by email and heard back from them in a few hours. They gave me the help I needed to get into my DVR and I am very grateful. It's nice to have a company stand behind their product.

No support someone called John emailed who seemed to have no idea. Asked for model number screens shots etc which I sent and got an email to watch a video...!
No support after that even after I sent emails asking for a reply.
The issue I have is the app won’t go past 84% and aske to try again??

I needed help because I lost/forgot the password to the Zosi DVR. After providing them with the information they needed regarding my specific model, they sent me a way to reset and access the recorded data. This all happened on the very same day (and within hours) of my request to them.
