Scam. Ordered drum sticks. Never shipped, no email communication, their phone number is not valid, and one of their emails says not valid and returns it to you, undeliverable. Scumbags

I ordered four packs of three pairs of drumsticks, total of 12 Pairs. They sent me four pairs and billed me for 12 pairs. Attempted to contact them numerous times without any response. PayPal was no help since the showed the order being shipped and would not acknowledge the short shipment.

FRAUD ALERT. As of March 29, 2021, their webstore is either defunct or fraudulent.

My order invoice had a logo, name, and address of a different company. Four days later, my order was still "Processing". Their phone number never answered and the voicemail box was full. And the customer support email address posted on their website doesn't exist anymore.

On a hunch, I reached out to the manufacturer of the piece of equipment I ordered. They confirmed Zorro has not placed any orders in well over a year.

That said, their webstore is still up. It still lets you make an account and enter personal information. It still accepts orders and payment. And though I alerted PayPal and filed a claim, it may be a while until their account gets revoked.

I have been beyond happy with Zorro's products and customer service. We had our first keyboard damaged in a move, and they were able to email me our old receipt for our claim. When it came time to replace the keyboard, I was able to chat online with someone who helped me make the best choice on our replacement.

These guys really took care of me after other sellers wouldn’t. Upgraded model when they were out of stock on the old. Great to work with. I don’t give fives ever. Only issue was I had to run it through their internet channel and I couldn’t use multiple forms of payment. Other than that very happy.

I found your picture advertisement for the Yamaha RDP0F5RD Rydeen Drum Kit in Hot Red Item# RDP0F5RD extremely deceptive. When I ordered the set I assumed the picture represented the product I was receiving, I was wrong. Although I paid the additional 459.98 for the Sabian 45002X-14 Cymbal Variety Package Item# 45002X-14 and Yamaha 600 Series HW-680 Single Braced Drums Hardware Set (5 Piece) Item# HW-680 to complete the set. I spoke to one of your representatives and even he agreed.
