Genuine, responsive company
I was a little worried ordering from a small company that I hadn’t heard of, before my son asked for a coat from there. I needn’t have been, though. The reviews are genuine and my experience with ZoronLondon was faultless. Delivery was quick, questions to customer service were answered promptly and efficiently and the quality of the product was excellent. Unfortunately, my son decided he didn’t like the fit, so I returned it and was reassured by customer service that I would have my money back quickly. Communication, service and products all first class. I’d have no hesitation ordering from here again.

Childish and shambolic customer service
I had a weird dispute with customer service, after I asked about delivery time. The following responses were so aggressive, unprofessional and unusually confrontational, this is proven by their passive-aggressive responses to other negative reviews in this section.
Their final message was sent at 12:23, I read it and accepted the.. rudeness and just ignored the person. Then 10 minutes later, they cancelled my order, without consent or even a request from me.
The cancellation was due to “them failing to meet my expectations” which I never stated. While a refund was processed, the situation escalated immediately rather than being resolved professionally. It is unfair as, they abused their right to cancellation by saying they did a review of our emails and they had the right to cancel, "due to not meeting my needs", but if that was the real reason; in a professional setting, it's more professional and fair to ask the (me) customer whether I want to cancel, rather than immediate escalation. There was no escalation or risk of it, as I read and accepted the companies response, and didn't respond.
I did express very vulgar frustration afterwards, which I really regret, but the cancellation occurred prior to that.
Please be aware that orders may be cancelled randomly, due to the company's unwillingness to engage in and endure basic customer service. Extremely disappointing experience and I stand by this. The company even desperately attempted to flag my reviews for defamation, which was obviously denied.
Just as a genuine warning to fellow customers, and this is not said lightly; PLEASE BE VERY, VERY CAUTIOUS!!! Would not recommend.

For the record, this review relates to a single order that was cancelled prior to dispatch and refunded in full.
The order was cancelled following a review of the initial email correspondence regarding delivery timing. As clearly stated in our terms, we reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch at our discretion. Customer consent is not required for this, and no goods were sent.
Following the cancellation, the customer sent multiple emails containing abusive, aggressive, and inappropriate language, including repeated swearing directed at our team. We do not tolerate communication of this nature under any circumstances.
The order was not cancelled “randomly,” nor was it cancelled out of spite. The decision was taken before dispatch to prevent further escalation and to close the matter cleanly, with the customer fully refunded and not left out of pocket.
We do not reinstate cancelled orders, and we do not continue transactions where professional communication has broken down. We stand by the actions taken in this case.

Son bought black windbreaker less than…
Son bought black windbreaker less than month ago. Both seems above waist line fraid and tearing. 70 pounds for jacket. From 1st wage packet .
Contacted Zoron. Told to send pictures. Their response. Oh easy fix take to dry cleaners and send us bill. So sell poor quality clothes. Expect you to pay for repair within a month. Disgusting behaviour. We shall spread the word to avoid. Rip off company
Now I've had a reply saying it was seems coming apart. Its actually the material around seem that's fraying and pulling g apart. If they had looked properly at pictures instead of assuming. That may of helped. I received a reply saying that this sometimes happens around pockets. The fraying no where near pocket. And would of thought at the price would be expected to last more than a month. My £7 Jeans from Asda last minimum months hard wearing possibly replacing the faulty goods with new. Now been informed som has had jacket less than two weeks. Only leave bad reviews when store plays down fault or customer

Reflectiveness
First of i blame myself n shipping for this, cus i picked a size too big and aint wanna change cus of customs charge. And took like 3 weeks to arrive.

On the product page on the website, we do state that the windbreakers fit true to size and to pick your normal size unless you want a baggy fit. Also if you had contacted us prior to ordering we would have advised which size to order according to your height/build stats.
We do not have any control over how long it takes for Swedish customs to process the package. There was also a further delay as it took several days for you to pay your countries small import fee. This could have been minimised by tracking the package using the tracking number which is emailed once shipped.
In terms of the reflectiveness - as mentioned numerous times on the product page, to achieve full colour reflective pattern you need to film the jacket or take pictures with your phone camera flash ON. This is what we done in all of our promotional videos. You can do the same as it is very simple and will achieve the same result.
If you are able to send us a video of the windbreaker with your camera flash turned on and it does not show the colours, we will provide a full refund and you can keep the jacket - that is how confident we are that the product works as described.
