I bought kaantjes (cracklings), received "dog food"

I bought kaantjes (cracklings). I expected the solid, crispy, and savory bits left after the lard is rendered. Well, I was gravely mistaken. I am not sure what this is. My best guess is kidneys, with a bit of lard surrounding it. I am not even sure if it is from pig, but with kidneys it is hard to say anyway. The taste is quite strong in a bad way, and the texture is soft. It comes frozen (which you just don't do with "kaantjes"). If you are aware what you are buying, go for it, but to me it tastes like a dog food. I know I will never shop at zorgnatuur again.
PS. Images on the site are not even remotely similar to what you get. For store page displaying kaantjes you can actually go on shutterstock, type in "cvarci" in the search bar and you will get the exact image used on zorgnatuur in the top 5 search results.

Rotten Meat!

Rotten Meat!
I have been ordering meats from Zorgnatuur for a while, but after my last experience, I am extremely disappointed. In my recent order, one of the two pieces of wild boar meat was completely rotten(the 2 pieces were in the same vacuum package ). Both my friend and I unknowingly put it in our mouths before immediately spitting it out due to the awful taste.
This was not the first time I ordered from this company, but it will definitely be the last. The lack of quality control is unacceptable, especially in the food industry, where safety should be a top priority. Selling spoiled meat is not just unpleasant—it’s a serious health risk.
I contacted customer service to inform them and to ensure other customers are protected.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. I hope they take responsibility and improve their quality checks to prevent this from happening to other customer.
