Absolutely disgusting service wouldn’t help with a missing item that was supposedly delivered and offered a replacement but Wanted me to pay 15.00$ to get it .
DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOUR HAPPY TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY .

Ordered items Jan 5th.
Order still has the status of 'packed' 'not shipped'.
Contacted seller twice - Jan 31st & Feb 9th. No response.
Have now logged complaint / request for refund through Paypal.
Best guess is that (like the other reviewer) they will ship to avoid the refund but the items were winter clothing and its nearly spring... They are no use to me anymore.....I just want my money back
The items arrived but took quite some time (1 month) which is not due to the seller but transport.
The item fit is good though I would recommend making a longer top and fastening the elastic in pant within the casing somehow as to prevent the elastic from curling.

I haven't even received my purchase yet and I am writing because I have been scammed. I ordered an item which hadn't shipped for a month. I emailed the company requesting to cancel my order. They emailed me back apologizing that the item hadn't shipped yet. I responded again to cancel the order( confirming that it hadn't shipped .) They responded that they finally shipped it after 2 requests to cancel. I intend to refuse delivery and report them to the BBB.
the order took awhile to get here but explainable with the holidays. I loved everything I purchased. The white Vneck shirt is my favorite! Soft and fits great!!!

These shirts are hot nylon and it doesn't specify the fabric on the site. When I contacted them they refused to credit. Totally unsuitable for Qld climate. Very unhappy. I will never wear them so $70 down the drain. Lyn. Qld Australia
