An easy company to get set up with a credit card or loan. I would recommend Zopa. I originally got the credit card to build my credit score, which it did. All in all I’m happy with the service from Zopa

Very good service from start to finish. Received a callback at the requested time, when the agent called I was ready to dismiss it as I had already received another quote for a loan and was sure it couldn't be matched, let alone beaten. The agent was very helpful, clear about my options and there was no pressure to accept the offer. Decided to take the offer as it the interest rate was far better and would save me a few thousand pounds compared to the other loan I was considering. Money arrived in my account within the hour, extremely pleased with the efficient, informative and knowledgeable agent. Thank you 😊

The app is full of bugs. e.g. it offers standing orders, but just transfers the funds immediately rather than on a schedule.

Why would they not just remove the feature altogether until its working?

It's been broken for months,.

When I ask, I just get an AI chatbot asking if I would like an answer to the question I asked?

Lost my job and Zopa deliberately wrote me a caution letter via post ignoring emails being my preferred means of communication on file. Successfully repossessed the vehicle and after auctioning still quotes total outstanding before auction which was in excess of six grand only for customer service rep to tell me to ignore that figure. The whole customer service experience is a joke. They do not update communications with clients.
I will never recommend Zopa to you reading.

Very easy to apply for my loan and super quick approval and transfer of funds to my account

This is the second time I have used Zopa for a loan and, in both cases, it was easy to apply and the matter was decided within a few days from the application, after just one phone call to check on certain details. I would recommend Zopa to anyone thinking of asking for a loan.

I wanted a loan to consolidate my outstanding debts to make my life easier. They did not disappoint me. After reviewing the details of my application, I got a call a few days later to settle a couple of queries. Then, the next day, the money appeared in my bank account.
