Excellent choice for pet owners

Excellent online store that has a wide range of products. I've ordered products from Zooplus for years now without any issues. Very compatible prices and quick delivery.

never problems

I order cat food here every 2 or 3 months. Never problems and not expensive. It happened once that the package was broken, and shipping times (to Sweden) vary a bit, but overall great service.

Very slow delivery

I am very happy to have found zooplus online store. They have a big number of products available...But OMG how slow they can be with the delivery. It takes more than one week to receive your order. I ordered last Friday(one week ago) and I haven't got my order yet. And the most ridiculous thing is I can see the order is, since yesterday, in a city that's one hour away from mine.
Hey Zooplus!! What's the problem? Stuck in the year 2000? For an ecommerce website it's very disappointing to have to wait more that one week for delivery.
Will have to find another online shop to be able to spoil my puppy.

For those of you who consider ordering from Zooplus, think twice. Ask yourself if u want to feed your pet in 2-3 days or a week or even more!
