Please do not rely on Zoop if you are…

Please do not rely on Zoop if you are travelling with diabetic patients or small children since it may lead to critical situation happened with me. Zoop is very poor at maintaining services. I have ordered food for particular station and no one has responded neither from restaurant nor from Zoop team and after complaining about the ticket they made restaurant accept my order but till then We crossed the station. Pathetic refund process

I ordered food on lalitpur jn on 15dec 23 food was not delivered at that time then I continously take follow up for my refund the response is it's done by 2 or 3 days I write emails but no answer from them I am tired really just pathetic refund process

I wish I could give a rating below 1 . This service was excessively disappointing. The order was gonna get delivered at Jhansi station it is a huge stop and they couldn't deliver it there. I pity what they're going to do at other stops. I've lost hope from this ridiculous app that makes their customers believe there's food available but just ends up disappointing them. As of my journey there's no option left for me than to starve here. I really hope they make needful changes!

We ordered food from ratanagiri through zoop app my Order ID: *ZO154105205* food was very pathetic we paid 450/- for that street food. I had taken pic and shared to Zoop watsup but this customer care not at all responding. This is my second bad experience with this people. I request others pls not to use this app they cheat

Extremely pathetic experience. My order ID ZO884504574 was accepted and not delivered leaving me hungry the whole night on train. No update from zoop or the reastaurateer. Shameless refund the next day

One of the worst services I have ever…

One of the worst services I have ever experienced. My order No is z0701607699. I paid online for the food, I ordered. My food should reach on my birth at Vasai Road at 3:50 pm. I was damn hungry. But I was deprived from my lunch. When I contacted on the numbers given in the Zoop message, one lady answered and said wait a minute to confirm me the status of the delivery and cut the phone abruptly. After that I tried both the numbers provided in the message. Even though the number is ringing no one has answered my calls. This is of 9th August, 2023. I tried Zoop WhatsApp numbers to get connected. There is a stupid BoT except taking the complaint it’s of no use. Today after 4 days when I raised again a complaint today I got my money back. There is no sorry or felt bad from their side. It’s a useless app. My request to all is don’t use Zoop at all. Thanks for your time.
