They promise the package arrives in 48h and instead it took 12 days

I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of the products and the selection at Zoomalias Webshop.
The only thing that really bothers me is the nature of the packaging. The shipping box used by Zoomalia is far too thin and of extremely poor quality. Unfortunately, Italian delivery services do not handle packages carefully, and every time I receive a Zoomalia package, it is torn and crushed from all sides. I never complained because the items ordered were not damaged and always complete. Zoomalia could easily remedy this by using more robust shipping boxes. As a customer, I would really appreciate that.

Firstly, I did not realize that the items I ordered would be coming from France to Italy. Secondly, beware if you do not have an Italian phone number. The courier company (BRT) will not call any cell or number that is not Italian! Crazy in 2022.
My first order was to be delivered to an office location (a friend of ours as we are in the countryside) but all we got was an e-mail saying the address was incomplete. This is impossible as he is an accountant and ALL courier companies can find him in the city. We had to drive 50KM to the BRT depot to retrieve the delivery and hope it would fit in our small car. Customer service credited me the courier cost.

Second order (wanted to give Zoomalia a second chance) was to come to our address. Again, no telephone call just an e-mail saying the address was incomplete. This time we had to drive TWICE to the BRT depot (over 100KM) to pick up our order! At BRT they said oh we can't get into the locker so come back in an hour and maybe we can get you your order. They told us the drivers CANNOT call a number that is not Italian! We had to come back and then my delivery was waiting for me. The box completely destroyed. Customer service seemed to want to help and then just stopped communicating with me.
Terrible service! Terrible courier company!!

Hi, I don't like free items in the shipping. As I try not to overload my livings space with unnecessary items it's a pity to throw away magnets or other items that you include as a courtesy. Since I'm also feeding some stray cats that come to my garden next time I would appreciate a can of cat food, or a small pack of dry crockets, instead of a magnet. Otherwise everything is good. Thank you for your work

Both of the dog food bags had been opened and there was a mess inside the box. one bag also had a big hole in it. who knows if the food has been poisoned or tainted!! had to throw out.
